Nylon side: Use for instant hot or cold treatment

Flannel side: Use for more gradual/gentle treatment

You can start with soft plush fabric for 10-15 min, then turn to the nylon side if the soft plush side is not cold or hot enough. The nylon side penetrates intense coldness to the injured foot/ankle.

Double seam edge prevents leaking

Ice pack is reusable, well made and double-sealed to prevent gel leakage and breakage.

Usage for Cold Treatment

Place the gel-pack in a freezer for 3 to 4 hours. After removing the pack from the freezer, if it is too rigid, wait for 1-2 mins before applying to body.

Note

NEVER overheat the gel pack.

It is recommended to wear the hot/cold compress wrap for up to 20-25 minutes. DO NOT apply Hot /Cold therapy for longer than 30 mins at a time.

Usage for Warm Treatment

Microwave:

At 700 watts: Heat for 90 seconds, turn pack over and heat for another 60 seconds.

You can remove the gel pack at 30 seconds, knead it, and continue heating to evenly distribute the heat.
