Finger labyrinths are a tool for mindfulness and relaxation. By moving a finger slowly along the path, the “walker” can calm and center oneself. The principle is very simple, but powerful. The hand labyrinth follows a pattern, inspired by the labyrinth from Chartres cathedral. It is a 7-circuit adaptation of an original, 11-circuit Chartres labyrinth. This meditation labyrinth is small, but mighty – its size compels you to slow down and be more mindful of the process of walking along the path. The path, no matter how twisted, leads to the center. Our labyrinth has a well-defined center, making it natural for a thumb to rest at the end of the walk. Experiment with using the non-dominant hand to find the way!

This small finger labyrinth is offered in walnut wood. It measures 5 inches in diameter and is approximately 3/4 inch thick. It is hand finished with beeswax and jojoba oil. Each labyrinth is carefully hand finished, to ensure all edges are smooth.

It is a great tool to have at home or on an office desk, as walking the labyrinth is a right-brain activity enhancer and helps calm oneself and enhances problem-solving.
