Rihanna stars in her beauty empire’s latest campaign with her natural hair. Fenty Beauty is launching a new setting spray called #YouMist, which of course because Fenty loves naming their products with puns. And in addition to a fierce serve, dewy skin, and the new face product, the singer showed off her light brown curls.
The setting spray makes promises of 12-hour wear. Not only that, it’s designed to be waterproof, and sweat and transfer-resistant. It’s formulated without fragrance or alcohols, which can be irritating to sensitive skin. It’ll be available for purchase globally on January 17th.
“I wanted to make a setting spray that really locks in your makeup but moves with you, not against you,” Rihanna wrote in a statement. “We spend the time putting on our makeup, we deserve to have it last! You Mist gives you 12-hour wear that makes your skin look and feel even better with each spray.”
Fenty Beauty teased the new launch on Instagram with the photo of Rihanna with her natural hair, and the official Fenty Hair account commented, “2025 off to a GOODDD start!! 🙂↕️🔥.” So who knows if that’s just sister accounts interacting on social media or a hint to something larger coming down the pipeline in the hair category as well.
Fenty Beauty is not the only brand in Rihanna’s portfolio that’s been busy. Yesterday, she also announced a Valentine’s Day collection with Savage x Fenty, which is already available for purchase.
