Brad Pitt’s Net Worth vs Angelina Jolie

Brangelina is no longer. Though Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt have been single for years, the two have finally settled all aspects of their divorce and can finally move on with their lives, eight years after the divorce was first filed and we had to say goodbye to one of the best portmanteaus in the history of celebrity ship names after allegations of abuse on Pitt’s part against not just Jolie but his children.

Pitt and Jolie are both very celebrated actors in their own right—and were so before their marriage. Pitt, who also co-founded a production company, Plan B Entertainment, has won major awards as an actor, including two Oscars, two Golden Globes, and one Emmy. He is recognized for movies like Once Upon a Time in Hollywood, The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, and Fight Club, among others.

Jolie, meanwhile, is known not just for her acting, but for her humanitarian work. She has also won an Oscar, a Tony, and three Golden Globes and is recognized for movies like Girl, Interrupted, Lara Croft: Tomb Raider, Maleficent, Changeling, and most recently Maria. Jolie has also directed and written movies like In the Land of Blood and Honey, Unbroken, First They Killed My Father, and Without Blood.

Considering their vast Hollywood careers, not that they’re going their separate ways, what is Brad Pitt’s net worth? How does it compare to ex-wife Angelina Jolie? Here’s everything we know.

What is Brad Pitt’s net worth?

Brad Pitt is worth approximately $400 million dollars according to Celebrity Net Worth. That is considerably more than ex-wife Jolie, who is said to be worth around $120 million. The now fully divorced couple has six children together: Maddox, Zahara, Pax, Shiloh, Knox, and Vivienne. Their youngest kids, Knox and Vivienne are now 16 and are the only two of the six who are still underage.

Where does Pitt make most of his money? To begin with, he still gets paid a lot to act. He reportedly earned a $30 million upfront salary for the 2025 Apple TV movie F1 and $35 million for the 2024 movie Wolfs. But it is Plan B Entertainment, the production company he founded with his then-wife Jennifer Aniston, that makes him the most money. At the time of their divorce, he bought Aniston out, and that decision has paid off. Plan B has gone on to produce several big, successful films including The Departed, Moonlight, and 12 Years a Slave.

Then there’s Pitt’s real estate portfolio, which includes properties set to be valued at least $100 million cumulatively. One of those has been one of the main points of contention in his divorce with Jolie— Chateau Miraval. The couple reportedly spent $67 million on the 1,200-acre winery in the south of France, one of the top producers of rosé.

Though the divorce is now finalized the exes are still in a legal fight over the winery. Jolie sold her share of the business to Tenute del Mondo, the wine division of the Stoli Group. “Until he ends the Miraval lawsuit, Angelina will continue to stand up to him,” a source close to Jolie told People.

Jolie’s lawyer said in a statement, “More than eight years ago, Angelina filed for divorce from Mr. Pitt. She and the children left all of the properties they had shared with Mr. Pitt, and since that time she has focused on finding peace and healing for their family. This is just one part of a long ongoing process that started eight years ago. Frankly, Angelina is exhausted, but she is relieved this one part is over.”
