Timothée Chalamet grew out his new mustache for his role in Josh Safdie’s directed film Marty Supreme. The star has gone through a press tour for the Bob Dylan biopic A Complete Unknown. Though Marty Supreme’s filming has been completed, he’s still sporting the mustache because the project is not “100% finished” according to Extra.

If you’re a casual Timothée fan (maybe not to the level of hardcore Timmy fan @ClubChalamet), this look is obviously so different from his looks from the past couple of years. “The first time I was on here, I hadn’t hit puberty,” the 28-year-old Oscar nominee joked about his new look on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert. “So my voice has changed, and now I’ll probably play The Rock in my next movie.”
Though Kylie Jenner and Timothée Chalamet usually keep their relationship pretty private, she’s given a sign about how she truly feels about the ‘stache.

During Nikki Glaser’s opening monologue, the comedian pointed towards the actor and joked, “Timothée you have the cutest eyelashes on top of your lips.” To which, Kylie giggled and laughed at her boyfriend. Nonetheless, the lip gloss mogul looked really proud of Timothée whenever he was mentioned.
MTV’s Josh Horowitz asked Timothée if the people in his life are enjoying the ‘stache. Timothée replied with hesitation, “If they’re being honest with me, then yes.” Horowitz joked that he thinks that the actor doesn’t believe his friends and family to which he looked pretty astounded, “They do.”
