Use On-the-Go. The BodyMed Hot & Cold Head Wrap is reusable and travels easily in your bag or backpack, making it simple to find relief for head discomfort anytime, anywhere.
Cold Therapy. For cold therapy, place the wrap inside of the included freezer bag and place it in a freezer for at least two hours. If the wrap feels too cool for extended use, wait a few minutes before putting it on.
Heat Therapy. For heat therapy, remove the wrap from the bag, place it in the microwave, and heat for 45 seconds. If it is not warm enough, heat for an additional 15 seconds. Do not heat for more than 90 seconds. If it is too hot to the touch, let it cool before use.
